Pull Down py-lint changes to template #32
Description
In multiple of our repos we aren't actually running typing across large portions of our code because we run mypy in our default pixi env rather than the one that has our python stuff AND we are ignoring missing imports. Once we settle on how we want to resolve this in the rerun repo we should update this in the template to try and avoid this footgun. See rerun-io/rerun#10704
