Tailoring Email Notifications for Project Inquiries

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for providing this incredible and excellent library, as well as for the generous free plan.

I've successfully implemented an example, and now I have a question. I have a contact form where visitors can request a project for their website.

I am currently able to send an email with an overview of all the submitted data to the requester along with a confirmation. However, as the owner, I would like to receive a distinct email template notifying me that person X has requested a quote.

In essence, is it possible to set up two different email templates for these scenarios?
