Background

Currently it is only possible to subscribe via Email.

Proposal

As you are using Better Stack I believe you should be able to configure this easily via their app.

Better Stack allows subscriptions via RSS by appending /feed.rss apparently.

So you can subscribe via:
https://resend-status.com/feed.rss
