Use different extension for preview server

Hello,

I'm using ReScript and my source files are being compiled to .mjs. These contain already compiled JSX React components. Is there any way I can use the preview server to load these files as well?
Can I configure the extension somehow?

I guess it can't be configured when I look at https://github.com/resend/react-email/blob/canary/packages/react-email/src/actions/get-email-path-from-slug.ts

Changing that file locally doesn't seem to work. What is the deal here?
Can I locally tweak this by editing the code in emails/.react-email?
