Support configuring the dev server for other styling solutions than Tailwind

Goals

I use Panda CSS in my project, not Tailwind, but emails end up using Tailwind instead because there doesn't seem to be any way to configure the email dev server to do anything else. Would love to have consistent styling through my whole project.

Background

No alternatives as far as I can tell. Can't find anyone talking about not using Tailwind.

Proposal

Ideally would expose more levers to mess with the email preview server and build pipeline so that users can actually control the experience a bit.
