adopt urlon as typesafe option to parse/stringify query JSON

First of all, I'd like to say that I really fond of rudy project.
I am also really convinced that routing must work with state management and built similar routing solution for cerebral.
I also maintain urlon project which is url-friendly alternative for JSON.parse/JSON.stringify originally written by @vjeux. Which was used by default in cerebral-router.

I see that one could set up urlon with rudy using opions, but maybe you are interested to provide it out of the box. Since I believe that its important to preserve types while we sync parts of state and string in addressbar.
