[Feature] Add an option to rename & reorder Suites

📝 Description
 I suggest adding a way to rename and reorder Suite in the "Manage Suites".
It's usefull whenever you want to give it a different name without having to delete and create another suite.
Same thing for ordering Suites the way we want would be perfect.
I didn't find any way to to this on Windows 11.
