investigation on removing `eagledns`

@jamezp I checked RESTEasy side on eagledns dependency:

So it's resteasy-crypto test needs it.

What do you think we could do on this?

@liweinan I think the fact that it works with Jakarta REST 3.1, that we don't really need to delete it.
