feat!: API changes summary

* Added field `items` to `order/card` context that contains information about ordered products & services
* Added metadata for types
* Added accessor & metadata for actions, added `order/card` actions that are accessible in `order/card:list.*` targets
* Removed deprecated types from v1-types
* Changed format of meta.json in the root package
