Episodes has an 100 episodes limit on Tv4play

Thank you for a fantastic addon. :)
I have noticed that the episodes on "En plats i solen" is limited to 100 episodes. On Kodi you are only able to see 100 episodes at the time. You see the differences between S15 and S16 on Tv4plays homepage. In S15 there is 1-100 of 120 episodes and S16 has 20-120 of 120, the 20 first episodes has expired. I haven't checked other series on Tv4play or any other channel, it might be a global thing.

Steps to Reproduce

Start addon and go to tv4play.
open the serie "En plats i solen" and you will se the difference when comparing it with the play list at Tv4plays homepage.

Expected Behavior

Addon should add more than 100 episodes. The episodes are added in blocks of 5 episodes at the time and reaches above 100 episodes in each season.

You should be able to just change the limit at

plugin.video.retrospect/channels/channel.se/tv4se/chn_tv4se.py

Nope, that does not always work. As their API might limit it. I will look into it, but have some other stuff to do at the moment.

Thats why I said, or whatever max is accepted by the provider.
@Rondarius You could just test by changing it to like 150, and make higher or lower depending on result.

The self.__max_page_size = 100 is not used there I think. Give me some time to provide you with a working solution.
