Contributing.md: wording

Currently it states:
> Anyone is welcome to contribute to Revault regardless of experience, age, or any other concern

I don't want to have to deal with PRs adding instances to the above so a wording like Rust-Lightning's is preferable:
> Anyone is welcome to contribute to Revault without exception
