Error in docx format, how to download text files? 

Hello, 

By default the example CLI downloads files in the docx format, however these files are seemingly corrupted as they can't be opened using the following libraries, 
- textract
- docx2txt 
- python-docx 

What would be the easiest way to use the CLI for download the file in txt format instead?
