Daikin FTXS25G2V1B & FVXS50FV1B compatibility

Trying to setup some home automation with a few Daikin FTXS25G2V1B (and one FVXS50FV1B), I discovered this amazing project.

I'm wondering if those models have any chance to be supported (did not find them yet in compatibility list...)
According to linked service manuals, it seems they have S21 socket...
I'm unsure this is enough to determine their level of support (yes/no, which features?): they are quite old devices I guess.
I'm also interested in BLE temperature interface to manage few equipped rooms with HomeAssistant or alike.

I appreciate any comments or feedback.

If you have an S21 it probably works.

Are there some features limitations across models, or is it just all works/fail?
In particular I'm wondering if I may operate/tune the temperature according to BLE sensor feedback, instead of relying on (silly) temp set by IR remote control (or can I just ignore it in a way)?
Will S21 protocol allow that?
May I send some debug info here in some way (collect some logs via wifi, etc) to eventually improve support if not adequate?

There are different S21 versions and stuff by the main features work on all.
