MQTT: What is default topic?

Hello,
after defining in settings I see the following topics in a MQTT explorer:

Faikin/<hostname>
info/<hostname>
state/<hostname>

Is this normal?

Yeh, there are ways to set this up in settings.

I now enabled Settings > Library > prefixhost.
This results in following topic: <hostname>

I prefer to identify similar devices in MQTT by hostname or similar as topic.
