Fan Speed Consistancy

Hi I have just installed seven of the faikin units - super happy and thanks. As you may understand I am still a bit overwhelmed with all the options, but slowly working through my issues.

One option I cannot seem to change is the MQTT Fan speed is using Low, Medium High and the Wed UI and Original daikin WiFi uses numbers. For Me I want to use numbers 0 (Night) - 5 when chatting to Google is there an option or approach you can help me with.

Night is a special case but otherwise there are normally 3 or 5 speeds. Mine only has 3 (X50A), but S21 based devices normally have 5. I am sure there is a way to set using a number.
