Voice Chat - Speaking Indicator

Right now, the lack of animation in the voice chat makes it difficult to know whether it's working properly. (For example, if your audio is muted, but another person is speaking, or if you're speaking, but your microphone is muted). There should be some kind of indicator that shows your current audio level, or even a simple binary speaking/quiet status. For example, a grey circle around the user's profile image that lights up when that person is speaking would be sufficient.

Related, there should be tooltips to prompt the user when no audio is received for a while, similar to the way that Google Meet gives the user tips like "Trying to Talk? Make sure your microphone is unmuted" etc.
