Add a screen sharing / video cam streaming option

This has already been mentioned in an older post but i would like to emphasize that Cameras would also be neat.
I know this will cost the server a lot of bandwidth, so if this feature should have a chance, it should be either Peer2Peer or on the self-hosted server only (or you'll find a way around that problem).
