cannot add a pfp on second account

i know this is a bug report but i cannot find the right place to make a bug report

i have made a secondary account not long ago and it is not letting me add a pfp or a banner to it at all

i have also made sure the images are under the size limit even though it would be better if the size limit was removed so i can add a pfp and banner without having to compress it to the point where i cannot even see it properly

note: it only started happening to me when i created the new account, also it lets me add the pfp and banner just fine on mobile so i think it might be a server bug for the desktop browser
