Separate the Foreground color (chat text etc) and category text color by default!

I've not looked if it's possible yet to customize something to fix this, but that's not the point of the discussion as it's an issue with the defaults.

When starting Revolt for the first time, it's Foreground and Category-text are the same color, which makes it hard for me (and noted by several of my friends) to skim and see if there's any new messages in a channel.

It would be nice to add a color setting that's different than the "new message" color for the categories, so that you can skim your server to see where the new message has appeared.

Or if it shares the same color as the channel names works too.
