Gif Picker?

Will there be any gif selection thingy like in discord and with it have favorited gifs? I stumbled upon an old discussion of this but the console command resulted in an error:
controllers.state.experiments.setEnabled('gif_picker', true)
"Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'experiments')"
