[Enhancement] Pad extra lines in Samwise buffer if its an `<EOL>` char

For e.g. I'd toggle the buffer on line 247 of my buffer so shouldn't that also insert the required number of missing lines in the samwise buffer and take me to line 247.
This would allow me to create an instant note for that line.
I tried it and it doesn't right now
