Change user email in .gitconfig #21

Hello, this is my first issue.
I've noticed your dotfiles/.gitconfig file contains your actual email which may lead to spam or worse.
Please consider changing the email address pushed to Github to the one for web-based Git operations according with https://github.com/settings/emails, that is:
