Error with jar-with-dependencies

When I lauch my jar-with-dependencies I have the following errors :
2021-04-15 12:18:34,417 main ERROR Appenders contains an invalid element or attribute "Elasticsearch"
2021-04-15 12:18:34,439 main ERROR Unable to locate appender "elasticsearchAsyncBatch" for logger config "root"

My configuration works with Eclipse but doesn't work with jar
