next and previous year item

i want to next and previous icon or item show in date
can i active it?
because for show next year i must 12 click on next month... it is too bad

imagine somebody wants to selects his/her birthday. he/she has 30 years old and the default current date is today. the user has to touch the previous button 30 * 12 times to select his/her birthday! such a pity this wonderful package is not user friendly
