This is caused by opencpn-libs :
OpenCPN/opencpn-libs#21

As soon as this is corrected for opencpn-libs you will have to link to the new commit of opencpn-libs

This is actually easily fixed in any plugin running into this error by doing #include before #include "ocpn_plugin.h". Not that complicated so to speak.
