Update descriptive metadata

Not an immediate request, but something we would like done before we promote AI kickstarts externally.

The repo name "RAG" could be more descriptive especially since there is more than one way to deploy RAG. Can we update your repo name to a more descriptive name - perhaps describing more about the outcome? Additionally, please add a short description of your repo by clicking the gear icon next to "About" in the top right corner and add a short description.

Here's why I'm making the request:
We are exploring ways to surface AI kickstart content on redhat.com. "RAG" isn't very descriptive especially when compared to the other repos. Also, we are extracting the description field to display in cards. Right now, it I'm getting:

Note, we may choose to display kickstart content another way, but more descriptive fields are better.

and when we do update the name, we'll need to update the README too (i'm sure there are other ramifications I'm not considering)
