Automatic trigger of the Pipeline

The deploy workflow is executed by the software template after the creation of the webhook to create the Tekton trigger resources: once these are created an initial run of the associated pipeline has to be triggered.

Technical note: we could try with an explicit commit to triger the webhook, but on the public repos this can't be done without a proper PR
