Build from source fails with llvm-mingw

I'm on Windows with llvm-mingw. I used llvm-mingw-w64_build.bat.

2. build nim_duilib: llvm-mingw-w64_build.bat

Please provide compilation errors.

• I don't know that I need to compile skia first
• The script build_skia_all_in_one.bat doesn't work for me because I disliked PowerShell and disabled it on my computer

I will not enable PowerShell so I can't go any further. Goodbye.
