Updating Cloud Connected AWS region names (elastic#3596)

This is linked to elastic#3588 and updates the names of the AWS regions to
correspond to the full region names as listed
[here](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/global-infrastructure/latest/regions/aws-regions.html).
