Make sure CRW image is up-to-date and still builds #598
Description
Problem:
Last time I tried to build the RHEL7 CRW environment image, the build did not succeed. Additionally, we should strive to use the latest releases of our products, so this should be RHEL8.
Proposed solution:
Just needs some time fixing & updating
