🦄 [wish] My Engagements

As an Engagement Lead
I want to see a list of my own engagements, or engagements I'm a member of,
So that I can quickly find, update, and report on those engagements I'm involved in.

Perhaps an item under the user menu?

Or a "People" filter could be added next the region filter? 
(that would allow anyone to filter by people and see which engagements they have been involved in)
