Missing hits table when using database

Hi,

I'm trying to migrate to a mysql database, but i ran into some issues.

The 2 redirects migrations get the same timestamp. The"add_description" migration is executed before the create migration file, causing the migration to fail.

2nd problem is that there is no hits table migration file. Could you add it to the publish config?
