suggestion: Please add piechartmap-typ

Please consider add a "pie-chart"-map type like this one:

This has been a long-standing discussion. Initially, I was quite in favor of adding this method (partly because users have requested it, and partly because some competing applications offer it), and that despite the many problems posed by this representation (we must not ignore the fact that pie charts are problematic, and that this is exacerbated when their size is proportional to another value).

However, I have received fierce opposition from some people within my team (cf. the problem posed by this type of representation), and I'm not sure I want to reopen these discussions for now.
I'll leave this ticket open for a while and see what I decide in a few days.

Thank you for considering pie charts. I know that pie charts have a bad reputation in cartography and data visualization.
But I bet that if you conducted a survey among users, pie charts and bar charts would be at the top of the wish list, far ahead of other fancy charts such as bivariate choropleth maps.
