A tool for drawing textures

@zanarmstrong created a tool for drawing textures:

Creating patterns is usually tricky, it would be great to have such tool in a dedicated webpage and linking to it from the textures.js webpage (or having it directly there).

@zanarmstrong's tool can be improved with some features, like

• a mechanism to snap points to the grid (like inkscape), so to have linear segments
• a variable number of grid steps, on x and y
• the grid (i.e. the drawing area) should be larger than the quadrant, because it is often useful to draw lines that go beyond the quadrant
• a mechanism to delete segments
• a way to copy and paste the resulting code (see textures.js custom patterns)
