QC after nextclip ?

Hi,

Should we perform a QC step, with trimmomatic for instance, in order to filter out adaptor and trim low quality reads after a nextclip process ?

Hi there,

Yes, I would say this is worth doing. However, I wouldn't set the quality threshold too high - use, say, Q20.
