support for gzipped files

I'm trying out nextclip with a Nextera mate-pair library. It would be great if it would be support for input gzipped files.
Alternatively, support for interleaved files as input and stdout as output would also solve the problem because the input and output could be unzipped and zipped using pipes.

Many thanks for your comments. I will try and incorporate these ideas into a future version of the program. I hope to produce another release in a month or two.
