Read only the text body.

When reading a document with a title as a header, and pagination and/or copyright in a footer, The header and footer are read as part of the body of the text being spoken. I haven't test documents with footnotes, but I'm sure they'd be spoken, too.

I suspect this is a bridge too far, but here's my suggestion:
Allow reading a full page or only the block of text in the "middle" of the page.

Yeah, currently everything on the page is spoken. I am not a master at PDF processing, but this is on my radar.
