Pool State not displaying changes #1009
Description
Pools do not display changing State information (name or description) if initial value was not within any State's threshold.
For example, if you create a pool with base value 10 and a single State with a threshold of 5, the State will not display after the pool name even if current value is dropped to 1. Making changes in Attributes menu and saving changes, or duplicating the sheet, while value is within a State's threshold limit restores normal display functionality until such an action is taken while value is once again outside any State's threshold level.
