LIveness.py is not working in RPI 4B #33

Description

@naushadck

Livensess.py throws the following error.

Error, check if models and trained dataset models exists!

Training.py throws the error - "Invalid parameter".
Raspberry 4B 4GM RAM - Unable to install Tensorflow. However installs the tf 2.0 using tensorflow-2.0.0-cp37-none-linux_armv7l.whl.

I think training is not working in tf 2.0. it works in tf 1.14. Seems RPI is not compatible with tf 1.0

Appreciated for a solution for RPI 4B
