Export project to Github

I'm hoping you complete the move to Github and continue the development. Just a 
couple days left before the project becomes read only.

I did the export myself at https://github.com/Dragonrun1/php-sql-parser and it 
seems to have done a good job just thought you might want to have a look before 
doing it yourself.

okay did some looking around and see where Greenlion seems to have already 
moved the project over and be continuing it.

in knowing.
