Python 3.12 and upper wheels

Hi, dudes!

As we all know, the project has no maintanence at least 5 years, but there some changes not applied from PRs and there are no compatible wheels published for the latest python versions. For now I made the fork of this repo and published wheel to pypi.
For now you can install it like that:

pip install pyaes-whl

PS: If the owner of the repo will agree, I'll continue maintain this project in future
