Media keys don't really work at all (except for volume up and down)

I would like to fix this but I personally don't have a reason to unless someone comes by wanting a media macro pad or smth.

I believe this is due to not having consumer control in my hid report descriptor. i'll have to read into more to add support, and i'll probably have to change a bunch of my current key mappings to do so.
