Duplicated System Tray Icons Everytime Windows Restarts #42
Description
AltServer is creating duplicated system tray icons everytime the system restarts after upgrading to latest version of AltServer.
On my Windows I set all system tray icons to visible and rearranged them manually. However, after upgrading to 1.6.0.0 (latest), only AltServer tray icon is broken everytime I restart my system. The Icon should be something like:

Every other system tray icons were memorized and had no problem. It appears that when the system restarts, AltServer will create a new tray icon entry and throw away old ones, which causes Windows to add the new icon to the "more icons" area, which is its default hehavior. This can be verify if you go to the old control panel settings page and count the entry number. There would be a new one every startup:
Therefore I need to rearrange icons everytime I start my machine. Old versions such as 1.4.7.0 and 1.5.1.0 works fine. 1.5.2b has the same problem as 1.6.0.0.
