chore: remove stale npm entries from yarn.lock

Now that juno-framer and juno-test depend on 3.0.0-alpha.7 (matching
local workspace packages), Yarn uses symlinks instead of npm downloads.
This removes the obsolete @ringcentral/juno@3.0.0-alpha.5 entries.
