Revise dialogs to remove requirement for Accept action #421

Prompted by discussion in the matrix channel:
UT users get confused by the fact that they need to confirm settings changes with an arrow in the top right corner. Everyone makes the changes and then just goes back with the one in the top left.
I ran into this myself and users complain about settings not being changed.
Is there an easy way to adjust this behavior for UT only?
I encountered that in OSM Scout Server.
In Pure Maps, settings apply immediately.
