Allow to use Here searches with Mixed profile

Currently when selecting Profile - Mixed I am able to search with Photon and other alternatives except for Here. If I switch to the Here Profile, it will also change the map.

I personally would like to use Maptiler with Here search.

This is for legal reasons. At least earlier, it was not allowed to mix HERE results with any other map tiles. Corresponding link seems to be moving around. See #633 for reference

The here link is no longer working. But after a quick Google Search, it says you can.

That's not search, but AI summary. I don't really want to go through legal docs again and check whether it is allowed. So, if there is a clear document stating that it is allowed, please find it and give me a link with specific reference to it.
