Not able to upgrade in filament V4

I've been trying to do a manual upgrade of all packages and the current situation goes like this.

The problem seems that some dependencies will not have a v4 version available, so replacements will have to be made. I'm not sure about how @riodwanto would want to proceed here, since obviously pre-selecting certain packages is an opinionated affair that he needs to lead.

@XzAeRo I have taken over the development of the z3d0x/filament-logger package.
Jacobtims/filament-logger is a drag-and-drop replacement of the old package.

I've decided to stay with Filament 3 for now. For Filament 4 support, I'll create a separate branch or new repo when the time is right.

Latest bezhansalleh/filament-shield (4.0.3) - just needed to adjust the superduper config accordingly.

There are other errors now :)
