Low framerate when using 60fps option

So I'm not sure if it's a me issue but:

I was told by my viewers that framerate is horrendous when streaming in 60fps (smooth as butter when using source with 30fps)

One thing I noticed is that using 720p 60fps poses no issues. The drop in framerate only occurs when video settings is set to 1080p/source paired with 60fps

Currently using Windows 10 22H2
