Document additional switches

There are more switches that can be very useful such as --seeds and --bootstrap which would be nice to document in the README.

Thanks for the report. I'm not planning to work on this request presently, but I'll leave it open and would gladly merge a PR that updates the README to document additional flags.

Hello, does this mean that the switches are current available in the AMI and not documented...or is this a request to make the switches available?
