Cloud-V offer for testing OpenJDK #26

Hi everyone,
I hope you are doing great here. I have read on riscv wiki that openjdk needs further testing. Here at 10xEngineers (which is a strategic and development partner of RISC-V), we have built a jenkins-based CI platform called Cloud-V for testing and developing applications for RISC-V. We have QEMU (user mode as well as with complete Linux for RISC-V) and RISC-V hardware boards where developers can test their applications.
